Customer Success Manager

Snoeks Automotive is looking for a people person who enjoys working in a technical environment. The Customer Success Manager is the driving force within a product team that is primarily responsible for keeping a core Snoeks product relevant and attractive. To do so requires the ability to quickly adapt to different situations and switch between key stakeholders: car manufacturers, suppliers and colleagues. Confidence and ownership are considered critical success factors.

Client Relations

You are the point of contact for our clients during the product’s life cycle for adaptations, after-sales set up and general matters.

  • Workload: 50%;
  • Completed higher level education (bachelor) in a commercial direction or (technical) business studies;
  • Requires confidence and initiative in creating new relations and maintaining existing ones;
  • Likes to socialize and gets energy by helping customers solve issues;
  • Willing and able to travel to and from (international) locations while being stationed in Nieuw-Vennep;
  • Preferably a few years of experience working in a customer contact or account management position.

Product Management

You look after the interests of our customers by mobilizing the Snoeks organisation to accommodate modification requests (within agreed scope, requirements and timelines).

  • Workload: 35%;
  • Eager to continue learning-on-the-job, including technical complexities;
  • Basic project management skills are a distinct advantage.

Team Coordination

You take the lead in a multidisciplinary customer care team and, together, you drive customer satisfaction.

  • Workload: 15%;
  • Fluency in the German and English languages;
  • Communicator pur sang;
  • Thick-skinned and resilient;
  • Trustworthy as owner of the change process for the products you oversee.
