To strengthen our relationship with automotive OEMs, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager Germany, working remotely and acting as a strategic commercial partner for one of our most important accounts.

This is not a transactional sales role, but a position focused on partnership, credibility and technical-commercial leadership.

Your role

As Key Account Manager, you own and develop a key account, managing complex, long-term sales and development trajectories. You act at the intersection of customer, engineering and operations, translating customer needs into commercial opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing the strategic customer relationship
  • Leading long-term OEM sales and development programs
  • Identifying opportunities within current and future vehicle platforms
  • Acting as the main commercial contact
  • Aligning internal stakeholders around customer priorities
  • Negotiating at senior level and safeguarding long-term value
  • Representing Snoeks in international and customer meetings

Who we are looking for

You are an experienced, self-driven commercial professional who feels at home in complex OEM environments.

You bring:

  • 8–15 years of experience in a B2B Key Account, Sales or Business Development role
  • Strong exposure to automotive OEMs
  • Experience with concept selling and long product development cycles
  • The ability to operate both strategically and in operational detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across cultures and disciplines
  • Fluency in English and German
  • A structured, reliable and proactive working style
  • Willingness to travel when needed (Germany / Netherlands / Europe)
